This site is designed and built to conform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, which is the standard referenced by Section 508 of the U.S. Rehabilitation Act.

What we have done

Semantic HTML landmarks and a logical heading structure on every page.
A visible skip-to-content link and a clear, consistent keyboard focus indicator.
Color contrast that meets or exceeds the 4.5:1 (text) and 3:1 (non-text) thresholds.
Forms with associated labels, clear error messaging, and announced confirmations.
Respect for the operating-system reduced-motion preference.
